Icebox Cupcakes part 2

Ingredients Filling
         
200gr     Icing Sugar
100gr     Curt
40gr       White Chocolate
                

Sift the icing Sugar, because we don't want any lumbs :)
Now we use the curd and mix it with the sugar until incorporated.
I love trying different ingredients.. its' my " low fat" version.
and believe me it tastes absolutely AWESOME.

After mixing, refine the taste with chocolate paste otherwise you got a yogurt taste, which is not that bad but i prefer this time white chocolate.

So now we're done. Spread your Topping onto the wafer.
